Personal Learning Network

According to Colette Cassinelli of edtech Vision, a PLN or personal learning network is, " . . . a reciprocal network that you create to learn from, connect with, gather information or resources, create with and finally share what you have learned." The mind map below represents the web-like growth of my PLN over the last 18 months. Prior to that, I didn't even have a Facebook account.  Participating in online educator communities such as the one created by Stacey Shubitz and Ruth Ayres from Two Writing Teachers has had a significant impact on my thinking and professional practice.
