I have also facilitated or co-facilitated numerous presentations at grade-level meetings, MPS district in-service days, staff meetings, and school board meetings. I also regularly attend MPS district ELA committee meetings, curriculum workdays, county RtI meetings, and MPS District SIP meetings.
Throughout this school year, I felt strongly that Custer was making gains in all areas of their school improvement plan but I found it difficult to synthesize how all the activities we do on a daily basis contribute to the overall plan. The mindmap below represents my current synthesis.
